Privacy
This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. We need all of it to get a parcel to you.
We never see or store your card number. Card details go straight to PayPal, who process the payment. We only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded and a transaction reference.
What we do with it
We use your details to fulfil your order, to email you tracking, and to answer you if you write to us. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Who else sees it
Only the parties who need to: PayPal for payment, and the shipping carrier for delivery. Each handles your data under their own policy.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to remember what is in your bag. It expires when you close the browser. If we run advertising, we may also use analytics cookies, and we will say so here when we do.
How long we keep it
Order records stay with us for five years, which is what tax law requires. After that we delete them.
Your rights
Write to orders@saltmark.store and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you these rights and we honour them wherever you live.
Children
This shop is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
