Shipping
Everything ships from our studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Orders placed before 2pm Vietnam time go out the same working day.
Options and cost
Standard, $12.00: 12 to 20 working days, tracked to your door.
Express, $32.00: 5 to 7 working days by DHL.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $99.00.
Tracking
We email a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves us. It can take 48 hours before the carrier's site shows any movement, so give it a couple of days before worrying. You can also check status any time on our order lookup page.
Customs and import duty
The price you pay covers the goods and the shipping. It does not cover import duty or local sales tax, which your country may charge on arrival. The carrier collects this from you directly if it applies.
Most countries have a threshold below which nothing is charged. In the United States that threshold is high and small orders almost never attract duty. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, VAT is charged on all imported goods regardless of value.
Wrong address
We ship to the address exactly as you typed it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can resend it once you cover the postage again.
