By placing an order you agree to what follows.
Prices and currency
All prices are set in United States dollars. Other currencies shown on the site are a conversion for your convenience only, at a rate we update periodically. Your card or PayPal account is charged in USD, and your bank sets the final rate and may add a conversion fee.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we refund you in full and tell you straight away.
Product images
We photograph in natural light and do not retouch shape. Screens vary, so a colour may look slightly different in person. This alone is not a fault, though it is a valid reason for a return under our returns policy.
Fit
Sizes follow the measurements on our size guide, not any single country's sizing. Measure yourself before ordering. A piece that does not fit is a normal return, not a fault.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods you bought. We are not liable for indirect losses, and nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to your order.
